Supplementary scripts and data associated with "Resource landscape shapes the composition and stability of the human vaginal microbiota". The data folder contains longitudinal follow-up data from women with vaginal microbiota information (OTUs inferred from 16S metabarcoding data) and metabolomics data. The model folder contains the R scripts to perform numerical simulations of the community ecology model.
