Metagenomic sequencing of Rotating Biological Contactor biofilm samples

The samples include 14 biofilm samples from rotating biological contactors that form the tertiary treatment system of the wastewater treatment plant in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Metagenomic sequencing (2x250 bases) was performed on an Illumina HiSeq 2500 using the HiSeq Rapid SBS Kit v2 (500 cycle), resulting in a total of ~250 million paired-end reads
