pBI143 Version 2 across healthy gut metagenomes

The anvi'o contigs-db and profile-db files in this folder represent the metagenomic read recruitment results from 4,515 global gut metagenomes from healty individuals using the pBI143 version 2 (which was reconstructed from a metagenome that were labeled as CHI0054, hence the file names).

本文件夹内的anvi'o重叠群数据库（contigs-db）与谱数据库（profile-db）文件，对应了使用pBI143版本2对来自全球4515名健康个体的肠道宏基因组开展宏基因组读段招募分析所得到的结果；其中pBI143版本2序列由被标注为CHI0054的宏基因组重建得到，本文件夹内的文件名亦由此而来。
