Multi-omics Signatures: R Scripts and Data for Data Visualization and Figure Generation

This folder contains custom R scripts used for data visualization and figure generation in the manuscript titled "Multi-omics signatures of adaptive circulating biomolecules instigated by distinct physical exercise modalities."The scripts were developed using R version 4.4.1 and are designed to reproduce the figures presented in the manuscript by analyzing associated data files. Each R script corresponds to a specific figure or visualization. The folder also includes example .csv data files necessary for running the scripts and a README.txt file providing comprehensive instructions for installation, running the software, and verifying outputs.This dataset ensures that the custom code used for generating key figures is publicly available, enhancing the reproducibility and transparency of our research findings.
