The expression levels of gastrin-releasing peptide (GRP) and GRP receptor (GRPR) mRNA in Xenopus central nervous system were measured by the real-time quantitative PCR. Relative expression levels of GRP and GRPR in the central nervous system: the telencephalon, the diencephalon/mesencephalon/pons/cerebellum, the medulla oblongata, and the spinal cord of males and females were analyzed. As internal control gene, a gene for Drosha was used. The Table (Fig5_data.xlsx) is raw data which show Cq value of real time PCR and the source of Figure 5 in the manuscript "Revisiting the gastrin-releasing peptide/bombesin system: A reverse-evolutionary study considering Xenopus".

本研究采用实时定量PCR(real-time quantitative PCR)检测了爪蟾(Xenopus)中枢神经系统内胃泌素释放肽(gastrin-releasing peptide,GRP)及其受体GRPR(GRP receptor,GRPR)的mRNA表达水平。本研究进一步分析了雌雄个体中枢神经系统各脑区(端脑、间脑、中脑、脑桥与小脑、延髓及脊髓)中GRP与GRPR的相对表达水平。本研究以Drosha基因作为内参基因。附件文件Fig5_data.xlsx为原始数据文件,包含实时定量PCR的Cq值,同时为本论文《重新审视胃泌素释放肽/铃蟾肽系统:一项以爪蟾为对象的逆向进化研究》(原文标题:Revisiting the gastrin-releasing peptide/bombesin system: A reverse-evolutionary study considering Xenopus)中的图5提供了原始数据支撑。
