Dataset of the analysis of 10 polyploidy events from across the eukaryotic ToL using the POInT tool. Includes models, trees, sequences, gff files, scripts, orthologous gene inferences, lists of pairs of reciprocal gene losses (RGLs) and synteny blocks.
