<strong>RAW data DPPH, ABTS, and Lipase of Seagrass "Antioxidants and Anti-Obesity Properties of Two Indonesian Seagrass </strong><em><strong>Thalassia hemprichii</strong></em><strong> and </strong><em><strong>Zostera marina"</strong></em>

This dataset contains RAW data on the results of DPPH and ABTS antioxidant tests, as well as lipase inhibition tests. All data comes from curation and normalization by the test laboratory. 'Notes: THE: Thalassia hemprichii—ethanol (polar); THH: Thalassia hemprichii—hexane (non-polar); ZME: Zostera marina—ethanol (polar); ZMH: Zostera marina—hexane (non-polar); Trolox is control. <br>本数据集包含DPPH与ABTS抗氧化试验、脂肪酶抑制试验的原始数据。所有数据均经试验实验室整理与归一化处理。注：THE代表喜盐草（Thalassia hemprichii）乙醇（极性）提取物；THH代表喜盐草（Thalassia hemprichii）正己烷（非极性）提取物；ZME为大叶藻（Zostera marina）乙醇（极性）提取物；ZMH为大叶藻（Zostera marina）正己烷（非极性）提取物；Trolox为对照品。
