In this work, a semi-commercial formulated product based on PcPCL1606 was used to study the impact of the application of PcPCL1606 on natural microbial populations. The treatment was a preventive application (PcPCL1606 preventive), consisting of a single application with a semi-commercial formulate of PcPCL1606 (PcPCL1606 preventive). To test the effect of the preventive PcPCL1606 application in the microbiome avocado, samples from T3 of assay 2 (130 days after inoculating) in the control and preventive treatment were analysed. DNA was extracted from each of the 3 independent composite samples where formulated PcPCL1606 was applied (PcPCL1606 preventive) and 3 composite samples where it was not applied (Control). DNA samples taken from each rhizosphere/soil type were sent to be sequenced by ChunLab (Seoul, Korea) to obtain the microbial DNA sequences of the 16S rRNA gene and ITS hypervariable regions.
本研究采用基于PcPCL1606的半商业化制剂产品,探究PcPCL1606施用对自然微生物群落的影响。该处理为预防性施用组(PcPCL1606预防性施用组),即单次施用基于PcPCL1606的半商业化制剂。为验证PcPCL1606预防性施用对牛油果根际微生物组的影响,本研究对试验2中对照组与预防性施用组的T3时间点(接种后130天)的样本进行分析。分别从3组独立的施用半商业化PcPCL1606制剂的混合样本(即PcPCL1606预防性施用组)与3组未施用该制剂的混合样本(对照组)中提取DNA。将从各根际/土壤类型获取的DNA样本送至韩国首尔的ChunLab公司进行测序,以获取16S rRNA基因与内转录间隔区(ITS)高变区的微生物DNA序列。
