Gene expression variation in multinodular glioblastoma case

We present here a case of 48 y.o. male patient with two-nodular GBM for whom neuronavigation and intraoperative MRI-guided multisampling of tumor tissues was performed to investigate patterns of gene expression in different tumor sites. Totally ten GBM biosamples from parietal, temporal and temporo-polar localizations were obtained and investigated by RNA sequencing.

本研究报道1例48岁男性双结节性胶质母细胞瘤（Glioblastoma Multiforme，GBM）患者。针对该患者，我们实施了神经导航（neuronavigation）联合术中MRI（intraoperative MRI）引导的肿瘤组织多区域取样操作，以探究不同肿瘤部位的基因表达模式。最终共获取10份源自顶叶、颞叶及颞极部位的GBM生物样本，并通过RNA测序（RNA sequencing）完成相关检测与分析。
