GBS of Heirloom Common Bean Pure Lines

Samples represent 20 random pure lines selected from four heirloom common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) cultivars including "Jacobs Cattle Gold" (J), "Lina Siscos Bird Egg" (L), "Tigers Eye" (T), and "Peregion" (P). Single samples of additional heirloom cultivars were also genotyped. Sampled lines were selected at random from sixty pure lines within each cultivar to evaluate within cultivar genetic variation. This was was an accent to H. Swegarden's thesis at the University of Minnesota (see external link).
