Xestia rhomboidea, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Xestia rhomboidea to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，收集了针对菱形鲁夜蛾（Xestia rhomboidea）所产生的基因组与转录组数据，以推动其基因组组装与注释工作的开展。本项目所生成的数据将按照达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策（Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）的要求进行公开共享。
