We aimed at analyzing comprehensive gene expression under both irrigated and drought-stress conditions to narrow down the genes whose expression levels changed with the dehydration progress and which were correlated with physiological responses to dehydration in Japanese cedar, Cryptomeria japonica.

本研究旨在分析正常灌溉与干旱胁迫两种条件下的全面基因表达谱，以筛选出日本柳杉（Cryptomeria japonica）中表达水平随脱水进程发生变化、且与脱水生理响应相关的基因。
