CD4+树突状细胞（CD4+ dendritic cells）是固有免疫的重要组成部分，在启动并激活CD4+ T细胞的过程中不可或缺。实验整体设计：为鉴定Runx3的应答基因，我们从6周龄小鼠体内新鲜分离的、经磁激活细胞分选（Magnetic Activating Cell Sorting，MACS）富集的脾脏树突状细胞群中分选CD4+树突状细胞。本次实验共对6只小鼠的6份样本进行分选与分析，每一组同窝小鼠配对均包含1只对照个体与1只Runx3基因敲除（Runx3 KO）个体。
