Evolutionary network genomics of wood formation in a phylogenetic survey of angiosperm forest trees

In this project, we modeled changes in gene co-expression relationships associated with the evolution of wood formation in a phylogenetic survey of 13 angiosperm tree species from the genera Liriodendron, Liquidambar, Eucalyptus, Populus and Salix.

本研究通过对13个来自鹅掌楸属（Liriodendron）、枫香属（Liquidambar）、桉属（Eucalyptus）、杨属（Populus）以及柳属（Salix）的被子植物树种开展系统发育调查，构建了与木材形成演化相关的基因共表达关系变化模型。
