附表S9:激素相关基因表达数据。本数据集收录经硅(Silicon,Si)处理(Si+组)与未处理(Si-组)的大豆植株,在接种大豆疫霉菌(Phytophthora sojae)后的0、4、7、14天(days post inoculation,dpi)的基因表达相关统计指标:其中工作表1包含参与水杨酸(Salicylic Acid,SA)代谢的5个基因的标准化均值(n=5)、折叠变化及错误发现率p值(False Discovery Rate p-value,FDR p-value);工作表2则包含参与茉莉酸(Jasmonic Acid,JA)代谢的13个基因的上述三类统计值。本数据集为XLSX格式文件,大小36 KB。
