To further explore the molecular mechanism of the stamen petalization phenotype in the development of heavy petal flowers of water lily, nine cDNA libraries from three different petal types were sequenced using BGI's DNBSEQ high-throughput sequencing platform and comparative transcriptome analysis was performed.A total of 72.51Gb raw data and 68.14 Gb clean data was obtained from the nine cDNA libraries, and the average clean data per sample reached 7.57 Gb, with Q20 percentage greater than 98.28%, Q30 percentage greater than 95.00%, and GC percentage greater than 49.05%, indicating that the accuracy and quality of the sequencing data were good enough for further analysis

为进一步探究睡莲重瓣花发育过程中雄蕊瓣化表型的分子机制,本研究采用华大基因(BGI)的DNBSEQ高通量测序平台,对3种不同花瓣类型的9个cDNA文库进行测序,并开展比较转录组学分析。9个cDNA文库共获得72.51 Gb原始测序数据(raw data)与68.14 Gb清洁测序数据(clean data),单样本平均清洁测序数据量达7.57 Gb;质控结果显示,Q20占比均高于98.28%,Q30占比均高于95.00%,GC含量高于49.05%,表明本次测序数据的准确性与质量均可满足后续分析需求。
