The role of amino acid electron-donor/acceptor atoms in host-cell binding peptides is associated with their 3D structure and HLA-binding capacity in sterile malarial immunity induction.

Monkeys immunized with the epitope were tested for reactivity against schizonts by IFA. Three animals were positive 20 days after the first booster injection.经表位（epitope）免疫的猴，通过间接荧光抗体试验（Indirect Fluorescent Assay，IFA）检测其针对裂殖体（schizonts）的反应活性。首次加强免疫注射后20天，共有3只受试动物检测结果呈阳性。
