FASTA file for testing ProteomIQon Workflow on Galaxy

Upload of a FASTA File of the Chlamydomonas reinhardtii proteome for testing the ProteomIQon Workflow on GALAXY. An experiment which measured 15N labeled and unlabeled Chamydomonas reinhardtii samples at different ratios and compared the RatioLFQ to unlabeled quantifications. This upload consists of a peptide database and an mzlite file, which serve as test data for the Peptide Spectrum Matching Tool on the Galaxy Platform.
