RNAseq of the fourth extending leaf of S. italica mutant sistl2 and the wild-type Yugu1. RNAseq of sistl2

Setaria. Italica mutant sistl2 and the wild-type Yugu1 plants were grown in a growth chamber with 16h of light and 8h of dark at 28 °C for 4 weeks. The fourth extending leaves of sistl2 and Yugu1were harvested and total RNA was extracted for transcriptome sequencing. The cDNA libraries of mutant sistl2 and Yugu1 were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2000 Genome Analyzer with two independent biological replicates for each genotype.

谷子（Setaria italica）突变体sistl2及其野生型Yugu1植株，于光照周期为16小时光照、8小时黑暗，培养温度28℃的生长箱中培养4周。采集sistl2与Yugu1的第四片伸展叶，提取总RNA并开展转录组测序。为两个基因型分别构建cDNA文库，采用Illumina HiSeq 2000基因组分析仪完成测序，每个基因型设置两个独立生物学重复。
