Description of dataset 10.5281/zenodo.4061502 Deposition of Inconel 718 square spiral with process parameters:<br> - Nominal power = 300 (W)<br> - Nominal velocity = 600 (mm/min)<br> - Powder flux = 0.0825 (g/s)<br> - Spiral size: 60 mm side, 3 mm step<br> - Nr. nozzles = 4<br> - Argon carrier flux = 4 (l/min)<br> - Argon shielding gas flux = 15 (l/min)<br> - Substrate temperature = Ambient This experiment took place on the same substrate of 10.5281/zenodo.4049842 (on the "left") and follows the same part program. In this case, the laser spot is slightly off-center in camera images. The dataset is constituted by:<br> - Melt pool images, in file Deposition_2020_07_31__13_09_50.zip, acquired at 200fps with 850 nm narrow band filter, 1ms exposure time. 400x400 px size<br> - trackData_20200731_left.csv containing:<br> - t: timestamp in ms. Synchronized with imData_20200731_left.csv<br> - Xpos: laser spot X position in workspace<br> - Ypos: laser spot Y position in workspace<br> - Zpos: laser spot Z position in workspace<br> - G1: binary signal indicating active deposition (G1=1) or not<br> - D: track width measured at [Xpos(t), Ypos(t), Zpos(t)]<br> - H: track heigth measured at [Xpos(t), Ypos(t), Zpos(t)]<br> - A: track section area measured at [Xpos(t), Ypos(t), Zpos(t)]<br> - sdres: roughness index of section profile (std. deviation w.r.t. smoothed profile)<br> - Vnom: laser spot translational speed in m/s (computed from Xpos, Ypos, Zpos and t data)<br> - Pnom: nominal power<br> - V: Vnom in mm/min<br> - imData_20200731_left.csv containing:<br> - t: timestamp in ms. 数据集10.5281/zenodo.4061502说明:采用如下工艺参数沉积Inconel 718(因科奈尔718)方形螺旋件: - 额定功率 = 300(W,瓦) - 额定移动速度 = 600(mm/min,毫米/分钟) - 送粉速率 = 0.0825(g/s,克/秒) - 螺旋尺寸:边长60mm,层间步距3mm - 喷嘴数量 = 4 - 氩气载气流量 = 4(l/min,升/分钟) - 氩气保护气流量 = 15(l/min,升/分钟) - 基板温度:室温 本实验与数据集10.5281/zenodo.4049842使用同一块基板(位于左侧区域),且采用相同的加工程序。本次实验中,相机采集的图像内激光光斑略微偏离中心。 本数据集由以下内容构成: 1. 熔池图像:存储于Deposition_2020_07_31__13_09_50.zip压缩包中,采集帧率为200fps,使用850nm窄带滤光片,曝光时长1ms,图像分辨率为400×400像素。 2. trackData_20200731_left.csv文件,包含如下字段: - t:时间戳,单位为毫秒,与imData_20200731_left.csv文件时间同步 - Xpos:激光光斑在工作空间中的X轴位置 - Ypos:激光光斑在工作空间中的Y轴位置 - Zpos:激光光斑在工作空间中的Z轴位置 - G1:二进制信号,用于标识沉积状态:G1=1时为有效沉积,反之则非 - D:对应[Xpos(t), Ypos(t), Zpos(t)]位置处的熔道宽度 - H:对应[Xpos(t), Ypos(t), Zpos(t)]位置处的熔道高度 - A:对应[Xpos(t), Ypos(t), Zpos(t)]位置处的熔道截面积 - sdres:熔道截面轮廓的粗糙度指标(即与平滑轮廓间的标准差) - Vnom:由Xpos、Ypos、Zpos及t数据计算得到的激光光斑平移速度,单位为m/s(米/秒) - Pnom:额定功率 - V:以mm/min(毫米/分钟)为单位的Vnom数值 3. imData_20200731_left.csv文件,包含如下字段: - t:时间戳,单位为毫秒,与trackData_20191205_left.csv文件时间同步(可能存在部分帧丢失) - I_mean:图像红色通道的平均灰度值 - I_mean_crop:对图像中心裁剪区域(180×180像素)计算得到的平均灰度值 - M_I_mean:对I_mean应用8样本移动平均滤波后的结果 - M_I_mean_crop:对I_mean_crop应用8样本移动平均滤波后的结果 - fileName:关联的图像文件名 - beamON:通过对图像进行阈值处理得到的激光开启信号(背景噪声对应激光关闭,最小强度阈值对应激光开启)
