Nuclear PhyloBayes chronogram

Bayesian chronogram for 7 nuclear exons inferred with PhyloBayes under the CAT-GTR+G4 mixture model and a autocorrelated lognormal relaxed molecular clock. The file in nexus format can be opened in FigTree and corresponds to Figure 3b.

针对7个核外显子的贝叶斯年代树（Bayesian chronogram），系采用PhyloBayes软件，基于CAT-GTR+G4混合模型与自相关对数正态松弛分子钟（autocorrelated lognormal relaxed molecular clock）推导所得。该文件为NEXUS格式，可通过FigTree软件打开，对应图3b。
