六安市生物产业领域有效专利分类分级评价数据集

数据采集于六安市知识产权公共服务平台，对六安市生物产业领域专利的专利类型、专利质押次数、专利转让次数等情况进行统计和清洗，围绕五个维度（市场价值、经济价值、战略价值、法律价值、技术价值）对数据进行处理，最终根据五个维度得分得出专利的综合得分。

The data was collected from the Lu'an Intellectual Property Public Service Platform. Statistics and cleaning were performed on the patent type, number of patent pledges, number of patent transfers and other relevant information of patents in the biological industry sector of Lu'an City. Subsequently, the dataset was processed across five dimensions: market value, economic value, strategic value, legal value and technical value. Ultimately, the comprehensive score of each patent was derived based on the scores from the five aforementioned dimensions.
