AB2.2 cells were subjected to hanging-drop differentiation under normoxia and hypoxia, respectively. RNA-seq were performed at differentiation day 4, when mesoderm markers peaked. Three biological replicates were set for both groups.The expression matrix was obtained by Hisat2 followed by Stringtie. AB2.2细胞分别在常氧（normoxia）与低氧（hypoxia）条件下进行悬滴分化。在分化第4天开展RNA测序（RNA-seq），该时间点恰为中胚层标志物表达量达到峰值的时刻。两组实验均设置3次生物学重复。表达矩阵通过Hisat2与Stringtie流程构建得到。实验整体设计：对比常氧与低氧条件下悬滴分化4天的AB2.2细胞的RNA-seq数据。
