Anthropometric, clinical and plasma parameters were determined at baseline (BAS), after 8 weeks of low calorie diet (LCD), and after 6 months of weight maintenance diet (WMD) according to weight control groups during dietary intervention (WR, weight regain group; WS, weight stable group; WL, weight loss group). BMI, body mass index; CRP, C reactive protein; DBP, diastolic blood pressure; HDL, high density lipoprotein; HOMA-IR, homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance; LDL, low density lipoprotein; SBP, systolic blood pressure. Variables are shown as means ± SEM. The effect of time was analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc test: 1 p < 0.05, data significantly different from BAS. 2 p < 0.05, data significantly different from LCD. Between group difference was analyzed by one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc test: 3 p < 0.05, data significantly different from WL group. 4 p < 0.05, data significantly different from WR group. 本研究针对饮食干预期间的体重控制组别(体重反弹组WR、体重稳定组WS、体重减轻组WL),分别在基线(BAS)、8周低热量饮食(LCD)干预后及6个月体重维持饮食(WMD)干预后,检测了受试者的人体测量学指标、临床指标及血浆参数。本次检测的指标包括:体重指数(BMI, body mass index)、C反应蛋白(CRP, C reactive protein)、舒张压(DBP, diastolic blood pressure)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL, high density lipoprotein)、胰岛素抵抗稳态模型评估(HOMA-IR, homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL, low density lipoprotein)及收缩压(SBP, systolic blood pressure)。所有数据以均值±标准误(SEM, standard error of the mean)表示。采用重复测量方差分析结合Bonferroni事后检验分析时间效应:1 p < 0.05表示与基线(BAS)相比差异具有统计学意义;2 p < 0.05表示与低热量饮食(LCD)干预后相比差异具有统计学意义。组间差异采用单因素方差分析结合Bonferroni事后检验进行分析:3 p < 0.05表示与体重减轻组(WL)相比差异具有统计学意义;4 p < 0.05表示与体重反弹组(WR)相比差异具有统计学意义。本数据集为饮食干预期间不同体重控制组女性的人体测量学与临床特征。
