Analysis of difference in transcriptome of Th2 cells derived from Gata3(fl/fl) and Klrg1Cre Gata3(fl/fl) mice

Purpose: To analyze the transcriptome difference of Th2 cells derived from Gata3(fl/fl) and Klrg1Cre Gata3(fl/fl) mice Method: Lung Th2 cells were used from mice chronically challenged with papain (40 µg/20 µl PBS, 6 subsequent papain challenges, day 0, 1, 2, 13, 14, and 15) Overall design: Total RNA from lung Th2 cells (live CD4+ T1ST/2+) was used for RNA-seq library preparation

研究目的：分析源自Gata3(fl/fl)与Klrg1Cre Gata3(fl/fl)小鼠的2型辅助性T细胞（Th2）的转录组差异。实验方法：使用经木瓜蛋白酶（papain）慢性刺激的小鼠肺部Th2细胞，刺激方案为经气道给予40 μg/20 μl 磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）配制的木瓜蛋白酶，共完成6次刺激，刺激天数为第0、1、2、13、14和15天。实验设计：提取肺部Th2细胞（活的CD4+ T1ST/2+细胞）的总RNA，用于构建RNA测序（RNA-seq）文库。
