Metagenome assembled genomes

114 metagenome assembled genomes recovered from metagenomic sequencing reads of 5 pig faecal samples. A Each MAG represents a representative genome from the complete catalogue dereplicated at 99% ANI. Details of all MAGs can be found in table S2 of Additional File.

从5份猪粪便样本的宏基因组测序读段中恢复得到114个宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome Assembled Genome, MAG）。其中，每个MAG均为以99%平均核苷酸一致性（Average Nucleotide Identity, ANI）去冗余后的完整基因组目录中的代表性基因组。所有MAG的详细信息可参见附加文件中的表S2。
