Gene regulation in CPVT model

SERCA2a was conditionally upregulated in the CPVT mouse model of CASA2 KO mice. The effect of acute SERCA2a overexpression on CASQ2 KO mouse transcriptome was examined. Gene expression data in mcu and mcu/cnull knockout background are deposited. This set of data is obtained at the same time as SRA data in Bioproject PRJNA916203.

在以CASA2基因敲除小鼠构建的CPVT（儿茶酚胺敏感性多形性室性心动过速）模型中，SERCA2a（肌浆网钙ATP酶2a）受到条件性上调。本研究考察了急性SERCA2a过表达对CASQ2基因敲除小鼠转录组的影响。MCU（线粒体钙单向转运体）及mcu/cnull敲除背景下的基因表达数据已存档。本数据集与Bioproject PRJNA916203项目中的SRA（序列读取档案）数据同步获取。
