To investigate the effect of extracellular vesicle-treated normal colonic epithelial cells (FHC) on the activities of oncogenic signaling pathways in colon cancer cells (RKO), RKO cells were cocultured with FHC cells prestimulated with extracellular vesicles (EVs) or PBS. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the treated RKO cells and the control RKO cells.The treated RKO cells:cocultured with FHC cells prestimulated with EVs; The control RKO cells:cocultured with FHC cells prestimulated with PBS. Three samples were included in each group.
为探究经细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles, EVs)处理的正常结肠上皮细胞(FHC)对结肠癌细胞(RKO)致癌信号通路活性的影响,本研究将RKO细胞与经EVs或磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)预刺激的FHC细胞进行共培养。随后对处理组与对照组的RKO细胞开展RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据的比较基因表达谱分析。其中,处理组RKO细胞为与经EVs预刺激的FHC细胞共培养的样本,对照组RKO细胞为与经PBS预刺激的FHC细胞共培养的样本,每组均包含3个生物学重复样本。
