Mouse brain LC-MS - KIBRA controls exosome secretion via inhibiting the proteasomal degradation of Rab27a

To investigate the molecular mechanisms by which KIBRA regulates exosome secretion, we performed mass spectral (MS) analysis and an isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) assay to screen the differentially-expressed proteins in the brains of KIBRA-KO mice compared with their WT littermates.

为探究KIBRA调控外泌体分泌的分子机制，我们开展了质谱（mass spectral, MS）分析与同位素相对与绝对定量标签（isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantitation, iTRAQ）实验，以筛选KIBRA基因敲除（KIBRA-KO）小鼠与其野生型（wild type, WT）同窝幼鼠脑组织中的差异表达蛋白。
