lncRNA expression of CRC liver metastasis

The purpose of this study is to identify lncRNAs involved in the pathology of colorectal cancer (CRC) liver metastasis and investigate their underlying mechanisms. A total of 439 miRNAs were identified to be differentially expressed between 7 primary CRC tissues with liver metastases and 8 CRC tissues without liver metastases from 15 patients by Arraystar lncRNA microarrays 7 CRC with liver metastasis and 8 CRC without liver metastasis were subjected to microarray to select differentially expressed lncRNAs

本研究旨在鉴定参与结直肠癌（colorectal cancer, CRC）肝转移病理过程的长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNAs, lncRNAs），并探究其潜在的作用机制。研究人员从15名患者体内获取7份伴肝转移的结直肠癌原发组织与8份不伴肝转移的结直肠癌组织，通过Arraystar长链非编码RNA芯片开展检测，最终鉴定出439个差异表达的微小RNA（microRNAs, miRNAs）。此外，本研究对上述7份伴肝转移结直肠癌组织及8份不伴肝转移结直肠癌组织进行芯片分析，以筛选差异表达的长链非编码RNA。
