本数据集包含约40次传代培养过程中在成纤维细胞集落内累积的体细胞突变。实验所用成纤维细胞均取自个体III.4。实验以起始时间点的成纤维细胞集落作为对照，借助Mutect2工具对实验结束时间点的集落突变进行变异检出。
