Transcriptome response of Meretrix meretrix to the harmful algae Heterosigma akashiwo

Heterosigma akashiwo is widely distributed harmful algae bloom species. In this study, we used the RNA-Seq to examine transcriptome response of the marine bivalves Meretrix meretrix to H. akashiwo.赤潮异弯藻（Heterosigma akashiwo）是一种分布广泛的有害藻华物种。本研究利用RNA测序（RNA-Seq）技术，探究海洋双壳类动物文蛤（Meretrix meretrix）对赤潮异弯藻的转录组响应。
