利用空车位预测模型、目的地周边停车场基础数据集、目的地周边停车场空车位的预测数据集、到达目的时间、获取停车场预测的时序数据集，按照车位、距离、价格等因素进行推优计算，提供应用开发接口，输出最优停车场。

This solution leverages the empty parking spot prediction model, basic dataset of parking lots surrounding the destination, prediction dataset of available parking spaces around the destination, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and time-series dataset for parking lot predictions. It performs optimal ranking calculations based on factors such as available parking spaces, distance, price and other relevant indicators, and provides application programming interfaces (APIs) to output the optimal recommended parking lot.
