Genomic re-sequencing of a segregating gametophyte family of Undaria pinnatifidda

A segregating gametophyte family was established and genomic re-sequencing of individuals within the family was conducted using the genomic sequence as reference. A high-density genetic linkage map was constructed and the sex-linked loci were mapped and characterized based on the genetic map and the reference genome.

本研究首先构建了分离型配子体家系（segregating gametophyte family），以该家系的基因组序列作为参考序列，对家系内的个体进行基因组重测序（genomic re-sequencing）；继而构建高密度遗传连锁图谱（high-density genetic linkage map），并基于该遗传图谱与参考基因组，完成性连锁位点（sex-linked loci）的定位与特征表征。
