Raw data for single drug treatments pertaining to figures 1 and 2

In this study, we treated phylogenetically diverse Mycobacterium tuberculosis clinical strains to 65 unique drug combinations in two different host-like in vitro conditions. We observed a broad range of drug response phenotypes across the strains, with the most effective drug combinations varying greatly by strain and metabolic condition.

本研究中，我们将系统发育多样性各异的结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis）临床菌株，置于两种不同的宿主样体外培养条件下，采用65种独特的药物组合进行处理。我们在各菌株中观察到了跨度广泛的药物反应表型，且最优药物组合会随菌株与代谢状态的差异发生显著变化。
