本研究将对喂食聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(Styrofoam)的黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor)幼虫肠道微生物群开展鸟枪宏基因组测序(shotgun metagenomics sequencing)。本研究的目标如下:(1) 评估喂食塑料饲料的黄粉虫幼虫肠道微生物群落的多样性与结构特征;(2) 评估与黄粉虫(T. molitor)幼虫肠道微生物介导的塑料降解过程相关的微生物酶的多样性。
