EMO BON Observatory Station EMT21 (UVigo)

EMT21 is an EMO BON observatory station operated by the Toralla Marine Science Station Centre of Marine Research (University of Vigo) in Spain. The sampling site is located in the Vigo Seamount (North Atlantic Ocean). Seawater samples are collected every two months and macrobenthos samples are collected twice a year. The sampling campaigns started in June 2021. All procedures follow the EMO BON Handbook. All EMO BON genomic data generated from the EMT21 observatory station will be included under this study.

EMT21是由西班牙维戈大学海洋研究中心下属的托拉海洋科学站运营的EMO BON观测站（EMO BON Observatory Station）。该观测站的采样点位设于北大西洋的维戈海山（Vigo Seamount）。其每两个月采集一次海水样本，每年采集两次大型底栖生物（macrobenthos）样本。采样工作于2021年6月正式启动，所有操作流程均严格遵循《EMO BON手册（EMO BON Handbook）》。本研究将收录所有依托EMT21观测站产生的EMO BON基因组数据。
