1. Data Collection
Collect sales data of the company's intelligent compact archive racks in various regions, including fields such as product name, sales district and county, statistical year and quarter, the highest monthly sales volume (units) within the quarter, the lowest monthly sales volume (units) within the quarter, and the average monthly sales volume (units) within the quarter.
2. Data Preprocessing
Clean the collected data to remove duplicate or missing data records.
3. Establishment of Market Penetration Analysis Model
(1) Calculate the monthly average potential sales volume of the quarter: Monthly average potential sales volume of the quarter = highest monthly sales volume within the quarter - lowest monthly sales volume within the quarter + average monthly sales volume within the quarter;
(2) Calculate the monthly average market penetration rate of the quarter: Monthly average market penetration rate of the quarter = (average monthly sales volume within the quarter / monthly average potential sales volume of the quarter) * 100%;
(3) Market penetration rate analysis: Based on the calculated market penetration rate, classify and grade different districts and counties: mark as "High Market Penetration" when the rate is ≥90%, mark as "Medium Market Penetration" for the interval of 50% to 90% (excluding 50% and 90%), and mark as "Low Market Penetration" when the rate is ≤50%.
