Bulk RNA-seq of MHV-A59 infection in primary murine macrophages

Primary mouse peritoneal macrophages and bone marrow derived macrophages were isolated and infected with MHV-A59. Overall design: Cells were infected with MHV-A59 at 0.1 MOI for 12 hours. Cells were then lysed with Trizol reagent followed by total RNA isolation and bulk RNA sequencing. Two samples per group.

分离原代小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞（primary mouse peritoneal macrophages）与骨髓来源巨噬细胞（bone marrow derived macrophages），并以鼠肝炎病毒A59株（MHV-A59）进行感染。实验整体设计：以感染复数（multiplicity of infection, MOI）0.1感染细胞，感染时长为12小时；随后使用Trizol试剂裂解细胞，完成总RNA提取及批量RNA测序（bulk RNA sequencing）。每组设置两份样本。
