PINT circular RNA Encodes a Novel Tumor Suppressive Protein in human Cells. Homo sapiens

Human glioblastoma U251 and normal astrocytes cell HA1800 were extracted total RNA and treated with RNase R to remove the linear RNA. Then total circular RNAs were enriched for deep sequencing to detect the expression profile of circular RNA .The U251-RNC （Ribosome Nascent-chain Complex）and HA1800-RNC samples were separated from U251 and HA1800 cells by ultracentrifugation。

提取人胶质母细胞瘤U251细胞与正常星形胶质细胞HA1800的总RNA，经核糖核酸酶R（RNase R）处理以去除线性RNA；随后富集总环状RNA（circular RNA）并进行深度测序，以检测环状RNA的表达谱。通过超速离心法从U251与HA1800细胞中分离得到U251-RNC（核糖体新生链复合体，Ribosome Nascent-chain Complex）与HA1800-RNC样本。
