Estuarine ecosystem structures and functions are subjected to environmental perturbations from natural processes and anthropogenic activities. Although the fundamental contribution of bacterioplanktonic communities to sustainability and services of estuarine ecosystems is widely investigated, it remains unclear which environmental factors govern community and how bacterioplanktonic communities respond to environmental perturbations in estuarine ecosystems. Here we examined the bacterioplanktonic communities of 144 surface water samples collected for three years from the subtropical Pearl River Estuary, China, using 16S rRNA full-length gene amplicons sequencing with PacBio platform.
河口生态系统的结构与功能易受自然过程及人为活动引发的环境扰动影响。尽管浮游细菌群落(bacterioplanktonic communities)对河口生态系统可持续性与生态服务功能的核心贡献已得到广泛研究,但目前仍尚不明确:究竟哪些环境因子调控着浮游细菌群落的组成,以及河口生态系统中的浮游细菌群落如何响应环境扰动。本研究基于中国亚热带珠江河口历时三年采集的144份地表水样本,采用PacBio平台开展16S rRNA全长基因扩增子测序,对其中的浮游细菌群落进行了分析。
