microRNA profiling of mouse neutrophils stimulated with scabies mite body proteins

This project profiles microRNA expression in BALB/c mouse neutrophils following stimulation with scabies mite body proteins or PBS control. Small RNA libraries were prepared and sequenced to characterize microRNA expression changes associated with mite protein stimulation.
