FAIR IOP Medication Database

Standardized medication dataset containing a minimal set of FAIR medication data of 60 drugs frequently used in the ICUs of a large German hospital to accurately identify each drug. The database includes the following data: drug name, institution-specific product number, PZN, PPN, ATC, ASK, and EDQM codes for administration method, intended site of use, and routes of administration.

本标准化用药数据集收录了德国某大型医院重症监护室（Intensive Care Unit, ICU）常用的60种药物的最小集FAIR用药数据，可实现对每一种药物的精准识别。该数据库包含以下数据条目：药品名称、机构专属产品编号、PZN编码、PPN编码、ATC编码、ASK编码以及用于标注给药方式、预期使用场景与给药途径的EDQM编码。
