This data sets contains the raw data files of data published in the article "Cryo-HIM-SIMS on the npSCOPE: Correlative topographic, transmitted and SIMS imaging at cryogenic temperatures". The manuscript can be found at: https://doi.org/10.1021/acs.analchem.5c06908 .csv files are text files containing meta data for SIMS spectra acquisiton. .raw files are text files containing the raw count information from the SIMS detector from which isotopic maps were generated. Each row represents one pixel with columns one and two being the x and y position, and the rest of the columns represent the channel positions of each ion measured at the detector at that pixel on the sample. Channels can be mapped to masses using the .csv metadata. .tif of SE and STIM images are provided in cases where images series were obtained over time (e.g. Au foil cooling experiment, Silica coated Au beam damage analysis) or when images were further processed for better contrast (Keratinosense STIM) .tyield files contain simulated ion transmission yields in Au for varying crystal directions as mapped onto a Cartesian grid in a stereographic projection. Simulations were performed using the IMplant and Sputter sImuLator (IMSIL) for a crystal at both room and cryogenic temperatures. The first column and row of the data are the axes. The exact experimental details can be found in the publication.
