Microbes in organic and conventional soy and wheat production

Soil microbial communities of organically and conventionally managed arable soils in the tropics were analysed using amplicon sequencing of the ITS2 and 16S V3-V4 region. Soil samples were collected four times throughout the vegetation period (of wheat and soybean) in a long term field experiment in India.

本研究采用扩增子测序（amplicon sequencing）技术，对热带地区有机管理与常规管理的耕地土壤微生物群落开展分析。本次研究依托印度的长期田间定位试验，在小麦与大豆的生育期内共计分四次采集土壤样本。
