Differentially expressed down-regulated genes at 20 DPA in MD52ne. Three hundred six differentially expressed up-regulated genes at 15 DPA in MD90ne are included in this table. First column have G. hirsutum (TM-1) gene name followed by Arabidopsis gene name, TAIR 10 gene description, log2 ratio of reads per kilo-base per million reads (RPKM) between MD52ne and MD90ne, corresponded p value, adjusted p value and fold change (MD52ne over MD90ne). 本表格收录了MD52ne材料在20 DPA(开花后天数,Days Post Anthesis)时的差异表达下调基因,同时包含MD90ne材料在15 DPA时的306个差异表达上调基因。表格第一列依次为:陆地棉(G. hirsutum)TM-1的基因名、拟南芥基因名、拟南芥信息资源第10版(TAIR 10)的基因注释、MD52ne与MD90ne间的每千碱基百万读段(Reads Per Kilobase per Million reads, RPKM)的log₂比值、对应p值、校正p值,以及MD52ne相对于MD90ne的倍数变化。本数据集为42 KB的XLSX格式文件。
