ENO2, a bifunctional protein with enolase activity and transcriptional activity, plays a vital role in plant development and responses to environmental stresses. However, only several downstream genes targeted by ENO2 have been reported so far. Our study here identified hundreds of candidates of ENO2 targets with ChIP-seq and our special anti-ENO2 antibody. These results will help us further study the role of ENO2 in plant growth/development and environmental stress responses. ENO2是一种兼具烯醇化酶活性与转录活性的双功能蛋白,在植物发育及环境胁迫响应过程中发挥关键作用。然而截至目前,仅报道了少量由ENO2靶向调控的下游基因。本研究通过染色质免疫共沉淀测序(ChIP-seq)与特异性抗ENO2抗体,成功鉴定得到数百个ENO2靶基因候选体。上述研究成果将为后续深入解析ENO2在植物生长发育与环境胁迫响应中的功能提供重要依据。本数据集为在拟南芥(Arabidopsis)中通过抗ENO2抗体联合ChIP-seq技术鉴定得到的ENO2结合基因集合。
