To investigate the function of Embigin on LTA1 induced-CD4+TRM cells, we immunized CD4cre x Embfl/fl mice with OmpX and LTA1 at Day0 and Day21, and isolated CD4+ cells from Embfl/fl CD4cre-(WT) and Embfl/fl CD4cre+(KO) mice from the lung by magnetic beads. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of CD4+cells from 5 WT and 5 KO mice. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for CD4+cells from OmpX+LTA1 immunzied Embfl/fl CD4cre-(WT) and Embfl/fl CD4cre+(KO) mice.
为探究Embigin在淋巴毒素α1(LTA1)诱导的CD4+组织驻留记忆T细胞(CD4+TRM cells)中的功能,我们于第0天和第21天以OmpX与LTA1免疫CD4cre与Embfl/fl杂交小鼠,并通过磁珠分选法从野生型(Wild Type, WT,即Embfl/fl CD4cre⁻)与基因敲除型(Knock Out, KO,即Embfl/fl CD4cre⁺)小鼠的肺组织中分离CD4+T细胞。随后,我们利用5只野生型小鼠与5只基因敲除型小鼠的CD4+T细胞的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展基因表达谱分析,并针对经OmpX+LTA1免疫接种的野生型与基因敲除型小鼠的CD4+T细胞RNA测序数据完成比较基因表达谱分析。
