Extracurricular activities and additional educational programs are considered as an element of the system of children’s vocational guidance: empirical studies demonstrate a high potential for vocational training and development, as well as the development of competencies focused on choosing a profession. At the same time, there is specific focus on activities related to vocational guidance and career education. In order to increase the effectiveness of programs that provide educational and professional transfer as their ideal result (the "school – university – enterprise" model), it is important to involve the industry partners that provide not only financial or logistical support, but set a reference professional image. This data is based on survey of children, teachers and managers of children’s maritime and railway extracurricular education organizations and programs conducted in 2021 and 2022 and includes 3,539 respondents from 37 regions of the Russian Federation.

课外实践活动与拓展教育项目被视作儿童职业指导体系的组成部分:实证研究表明,其在职业技能培训与素养提升,以及聚焦职业选择的综合能力培养方面具备显著潜力。与此同时,领域内亦尤为关注与职业指导及生涯教育相关的实践活动。为提升以教育传导与职业转化为核心目标的项目(即"学校-大学-企业"三联模型)的实施效能,需引入行业合作伙伴——此类主体不仅可提供资金与后勤保障,更能树立标杆性的职业形象。本数据集基于2021至2022年间对俄罗斯联邦37个地区的儿童海事、铁路类课外教育机构与项目开展的调研,共纳入3539名受访者,调研对象涵盖参与相关活动的儿童、教师及机构管理人员。
