Mean-standard deviation based electric vehicle routing problem using Lagrangian relaxation and extended alternating direction method of multipliers based decomposition algorithm

This is the experimental data of the manuscript entitled “ Mean-standard deviation based electric vehicle routing problem using Lagrangian relaxation and extended alternating direction method of multipliers based decomposition algorithm”. In this data set, small and large instances are included, and each instance gives the information of the links, such as the start node, end node and variance of the link.

本数据集为题为《基于均值-标准差的电动汽车路径规划问题：采用拉格朗日松弛（Lagrangian relaxation）与基于扩展乘子交替方向法（extended alternating direction method of multipliers）的分解算法》的研究论文的实验数据。本数据集包含小规模与大规模算例，每个算例均提供了链路的相关信息，包括起始节点、终止节点以及该链路的方差。
